Gromate can ask you for Personal Information when you set up your profile, or otherwise interact with the services team or contact Gromate pty ltd. For example, your information will be used for services like backup and syncing.

Except for viewing the Content for your own personal non-commercial use, Gromate does not grant you any rights to use the App and Website or Content for any other purpose unless it expressly consents in writing.

Except where prohibited by law, Gromate will not be liable to you for any loss, damage, liabilities or claims and expenses that you may suffer due to use of the App and Website, including use of any information on it. You use the internet, APP and the Website at your own risk.

Gromate reserves the right in its absolute discretion to suspend or terminate at any time the access to the APP AND Website of any user without notice for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. The suspension or termination shall not affect either party’s rights or liabilities.
Gromate may disclose any information we may have about a user in relation to an investigation or allegation that your use of the App and Website is in breach of these Terms or is in breach of law or other regulation. Gromate reserves its right to identify or bring legal action against any person who is breaching these Terms, including obtaining injunctive relief.
9. Variation to Terms
Gromate may vary these Terms at any time, and by continuing to use the APP and Website you consent to any variations. Gromate will not notify of these variations and it is your responsibility to regularly check these Terms for any variations.
10. Pricing and refunds
Gromate will use its best endeavours to list its products with the most competitive prices. Gromate reserves the right to change prices for products displayed at the groliste.com/ Apple store/ Android play store at any time. Gromate will give you considerable notice of any such pricing changes by sending you an email notification and/or update through app notification bell. If you do not wish to pay the new prices, you can choose to cancel the applicable Premium Service prior to the change going into effect.
Gromate has all the rights to not refund the monies, should you choose to unsubscribe or delete the App from your mobile device.
11. Payment Terms
Gromate offers premium services for a fee. The Premium Services provide you access to certain enhanced app features and functionality like Manage Unlimited Lists/Items/Recipes, Family Sharing (Login from 5 mobile devices iOS/ Android and share everything), Get Item expiry notifications, Recipe Recommendations, Unlimited Meal Planning, Web Recipe Import, Upload Item/Recipe Image, Change Themes, Icon Badges etc. By signing up for and using the Premium Services, including 1st month free trial of the Premium Services, you agree to pay any fees that apply to the Premium Services (like subscription fees).
For the Premium Services you can choose to pay on a monthly or annual basis. Unless otherwise stated, all fees due for the Premium Services are payable in advance and will be billed automatically to the Payment Method at the start of the monthly or annual Premium Service period, as applicable. Unless otherwise stated, Premium Services will auto-renew until you decide to cancel your access to Premium Services. All purchases of Premium Services are final and non-refundable, except at our sole discretion and in accordance with the rules governing each Premium Service.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of NSW in Australia, and any dispute in relation to these Terms or your access or use of the APP and Website will be the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of NSW.
If any of these Terms are unenforceable or held to be invalid, the offending provision/s will be removed from these Terms and the amended Terms will remain in force.
Any failure by Gromate to act or enforce these Terms immediately will not be considered a waiver of Gromate’s right to take any such action.
